    Here are a couple little lipless dudes done up in pumpkinseed fashion. The brownish pattern color needs to be a bit bolder, maybe next time around using a different kind of sponge to dab the pattern on. Otherwise, these guys are ready for water and since the crappies in the local lake have shown a good preference for pinkie and sunfish fry, I’ll feed them what the like eat.

    If I ate baby sunnies I would definitely eat those lures. Cool paint job, well done.

    A few issues ago in-fisherman had a big crappie taking a swipe at some baby ‘gills on the cover.
