    My how times have changed.

No more wooden boats and the new aluminum flatbottoms have 90 hp motors on them.
Lake Sturgeon are now protected and this girl was a dandy!

Yep, between the boat, cleaning table and the hanging pole it’s a pile of meat.

    Glad times have changed.

Looks like a sturgeon to me.

Someone was talking about living back then to see if the old timers were just telling fishing stories or the fishing was as good as they all say over a glass of beer.

Looking forward to our grandchildren, I hope they’ll be able to say “we have the best fishing right here and right now”.

All I can say is that I have 100x better fishing now then I had in the 60’s. With or without a boat. It’s a great time to be alive as a fisherman although I would love to come back 100 years from know to see what’s happened.

Cell phones will likely have a built in bait caster. toast

That is a neat picture, I would love to visit those days but maybe not live in them, I don’t think I’m that tough.

    X100.

And we think the men were tough, I’d be willing to bet any women back then could probably kick my @$$ today!
