    HyVee has/had a sale today with pork shoulder at $.99 pound. I think we ended up with somewhere in the 30 pound range. I plan to make brats soon and pork shoulder is a perfect blend of fat to lean. I like the price.

    River….semi-boneless. These were on sale a couple months back and I grabbed a few to go into summer sausage and there was a small piece of flat bone in each, not vey big though.
