9-Footer, Lake of The Woods

    I’m only a novice when it comes to LOW basin. I have read numerous reports referring to the 9-footer. I have looked at maps for this area but only find the 16-Fppter.

    Where is the 9-Footer?

    It’s close to the Canadian border and about 9 miles or so from Lighthouse Gap if you parallel the border. Another good reef just to the north of it is 29 Footer. The coordinates of 9 Footer are 49.00.446 N and 94.43.988 W. Both 9 Footer and 29 Footer are named on my Lakemaster charts in my boat but not on the Navioncs charts I use for ice fishing.
