620 Cup w/ Merc Pro XS 250 prop??

I recently purchased a new to me 620 Cup with a 250 Pro XS on it, NO jack plate. Boat is equipped with a 15 pro tiller also. Looking to see what everyone is running for props? I know it came with the standard Tempest 21P 3 blade. I’m just feeling out what others have on thiers. I picked the boat up in September and only had it out on the water a couple times before fall and hunting season to over my time.
The one thing I did notice is this boat is much harder to steer, than my previous boat, (2050 Ranger Reata W/ 225 Verado).
So what props are you guys running and what RPMS and SPEEDS are you getting?
If I remember right, I was getting around 5400. But I could be wrong to, that was several months ago now.

A friend of mine is running a 620 with yamaha 225SHO and he has a 19P tempest. He has been very happy with that setup. If memory serves he is revving to 5900
