Same as a atv you will run out of traction before power. Polaris owners are like etec owners you either love them or you won’t own another. Lots of buddies that have ran Polaris for years have been jumping ship and switching brands including a buddy that sells Polaris and gets a good discount.

Never had a Ranger 570 but my Sportsman 570 started on fire from excessive engine heat and my wife blew not one, but TWO 570 RZR engines within 2 hours once…First one went knock, knock and the second, went knock, knock HELLO WORLD. Thank god for rentals…

I must be cursed. I know a few other people with the 570 engine and they haven’t had an issue…

Not a 570 but a Ranger 2014 900. The pic is what was left after it got hot, blew a gas line on the muffler and caught on fire with 3 gas cans in the box!!
Rangers, I guess, had those issues from around 2011 to 2016 I think before they changed the design. I replaced it with a 2020 1000 XP which is the new design.
I’d stay away from any Rangers prior to the new design which somebody else may know better than me which year it started.

The 900 had a nice Boss V-plow that I still have and man did that thing move snow. I’d be a little leery of a 570 but depends on what plow you have and how much snow you want to move. Ice fishing should be fine.

Had a 2017 570 midsize ranger for a couple years. I bought it new and rode it about 2000 miles and it was a little tank with no issues. Only reason I sold it was to get something with 4 seats.
