522c iGPS Deadlined???

I have an older 522c that I used as a second unit for the front of my walleye boat and my duck boat in the fall. It will no longer will power up, it is getting power, I tested the cable with a meter. Is there an internal fuse on these or is she toast???

Toast. Same thing happened to mine. Lowrance won’t look at it.

I would say open it up and take a look if there is a fuse inside. What can it hurt?

You can always try a soft or hard reset, may work, may not but you have nothing to lose.
Google the how to.

I have opened up a few of them.No fuse that I can think of,likely water intrusion fried something.That being said,I have had them work again (for years)after opening them up and taking them apart as much as I could,let sit and dry if there was water and then reassemble and reseal.I had one finally go to junk completely a few weeks ago.Towards the end of its life the power button quit working but it would turn on and turn off when hooking up the pos and neg wires one at a time each time I used it.
