It gets plowed fairly soon after a snow event. You should plan on brining a shovel and ice chisel just in case there is snow/ice at the waters edge that needs to get cleaned up. Good to have sand and salt too.
The turn around gets plowed. Ramp does not. Some prep work on that ramp before Friday would be fantastic. Atleast getting the snow off and some salt/sand thrown down.
I’ll go down there and shovel the ramp off if somebody will let me jump in the boat with them. Yes, I put my boat away much to soon this year. Stupid, stupid, stupid….
Well I tried to make a reply here and post some pictures, and it all just disappeared. I hit “submit reply” and poof it’s like it never happened. I’m not writing all of that all over again. Anyway I shoveled it off.
Thanks Steve!
He did a great job clearing the ramp. I chipped some ice at the top and bottom of the ramp today.
Guessing the ice (100’ out?) will be mostly gone this afternoon with the wind and sun. It ended downstream at the end of the riprap. And I think you could break through it.
