    City of So. St. Paul just announced:

    “Due to rising river levels, the boat launch will be closed as of this morning (April 3rd) until further notice.”

    Bummer. 😕

    We didn’t have as much snow this winter as the last two, so I’m surpised the river is up this much.

    Ground was saturated going into winter.

    We are starting to flood down here already in the Quad Cities in Illinois. Hope it will not be a long flooding season again.
