    Elbows bent vs straight and that tail/belly sag screams big fish. What a toad of a fish, congrats! We’ve caught some fat upper 30’s, but sheeze, nothing like that.

    That’s a beast – I caught a 38″ down there a few springs ago but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a 40″+ pike down there. That’s a trophy fish anywhere in the world.

    The heads on the big river pike are the size of a shovel!
