Good Ol’ Pool 4 is a rising! Looks like close to 4 feet by Sunday morning. Certainly not flooding and more closer to what we’ve come to know as “normal” for this time of year.

However it’s the highest water we’ve had since last July and that will mean the banks will be getting a washing.
We’ll need to start watching more closely for logs and other debris floating down river.

It’s National Safe Boating week, let’s keep it safe and ‪#‎wearit!

Butt I always wear my PFD along with my thong when the big muddy is on the rise, normal, or falling.

It must evaporate quick. Only a little over a foot rise downstream of you in our area?

@ Lock and Damn #3. Red Wing must use a TON of water!!

I’m guessing it takes more water to raise the lake level then it does the river sections.

Well it isn’t like the lake is wider or anything to take more water to raise it up or anything Dr. Brian coffee moon

The upper Miss is rising quite a bit right now, and the Minnesota has a lot of water to flush through as well. A rising tide lifts all boats, eh?

Forecast dropped this morning to 7.+ feet.

Still going to need to keep one eye open for debris.
