I’ve had my old pond hopper about 7 years now and she’s seen some things. Between running over a few logs, stumps, rocks, and I think Jimmy Hoffa’s body in the river my swivel bracket is about toast. Literally cracked and breaking apart, and I’m lucky my motor isn’t on the bottom of pool 2 right now. Any good recommendations for a handy mechanic in the east metro, south metro, or even southern MN would be appreciated. I found the new part for $135 on the internet, but don’t have the time/space to do it myself. Thanks for any referrals, will try to post a pic from my cell later.

Was thinking about a possible weld since I know a guy who’s good, but guessing total replacement might be best in this situation.

Tony is one of few Yamaha Certified mechanics in the upper midwest.

He’s at the Ramsey Skeeter Boat Center location.
