Lotta weird stuff in this game so far.
    Topa started.
    Buxton 3-3.
    Correa homers.
Twins execute a hit & run.

    Still 2-2 top of 6.

Twins lose 4-3 in Atlanta. They played much better over-all and were fun to watch.

it’s meaningful games for the pro NBA and NHL teams. I love baseball but there is no way anyone even cares about what this dumpster fire team does.

Both the NBA & NHL teams seasons are 2 weeks from being over. The Twins will survive without you until then.

Twins are on the wrong side of quite a few close games.

The old baseball saying is, “You can’t win the division in April but you can lose it.” I think the Twins are working on the latter!! rotflol

Maybe, but there are a lot of fishing days listening to games and a lot of listening to games around a campfire still to come. If baseball is all about wins & losses for you maybe you ought to find something else?

Twins drop another 6-2 as Ryan is bad. Buxton hits another HR and has a very good series. He is running well again.

I love listening to games in the boat but I’d rather listen to the waves these days. They have done nothing to get me excited this year.

Enjoy the games brother, I will be looking forward to cheap tix this summer taking my kid and her friends! Somebody gotta pay down that Pohlad debt. I’ll chip in $40!

Ya but the problem is that the meaningful games are basically on during the middle of the night lol

The Twins games are on when I can actually watch them, but I don’t really want to. rotflol

If you are one of the guys betting the Twins at +4000 to make the World Series you might want to seek some help. grin

$40 is what I paid for playoff tix for the boy and I a couple years ago. Pretty sure they will be letting any warm body human in this summer for next to free!

Has a team ever considered paying people to attend their games, in hopes of it luring them into spending money?

I feel like there is an opportuity here.

Give me a $20 credit to come fill a seat and boost your attendance numbers, and in turn I’ll probably drink 2 beers and buy my kid an overpriced shirt.

Lol the problem with that is each beer is about 17 bucks so with an over priced t shirt you’re 70 deep already.

Better up the entry credit a little

I don’t think so, but sounds like something the Saints would try. The Twins should probably think about opening up the gates for free after the 4th inning or something, because as Gim stated a few beers and some food will be far more than the ticket revenue.

Twins vs White Sux tonight Davis Martin vs Ober. Blue sky’s and nearly 70 at first pitch. Will 7,500 souls venture to Target Field?

The battle for the basement starts now.

Twins up 2-1 after 5. Looks to be over 10,000 in the crowd although it’s hard to say as they don’t scan the crowds much. I do know there are PLENTY of seats available. jester

Larnach homers in the 8th, Twins up 4-1 top of 9.
Jax had the 7th, Varland the 8th and now it will be up to Duran & Alcala to blow it.
