So the titans /dolphins game last Thursday was prime time, got it.
IT was a primetime game yes, but with garbage opponents. Anytime its a nationally televised game its considered primetime by everyone except you apparently.

Until its a game that actually matters.
LOL this is how we got here. Prime Time games refer to games at night, and games that actually matter are not in week 5. Can we move on now?
I’m a little leary of this weekends matchup since the Jets are coming off a bad loss, ARodg can still sling it, Vegas usually knows and it’s only +2.5 and everyone’s been blowing smoke up the Vikings helmets for a couple weeks now, plus overseas games are often weird. But it doesn’t really feel like this is the trap game they lose, and I think they win a close one. Or the Jets don’t show up and it’s a blowout. I don’t know.
I listened to the game from start to finish on KFAN through the iHeart app. If not for a dropped ball by some Falcon receiver who was wide-open overtime probably wouldn’t have been necessary. The announcers were in shock that the guy dropped it.
The Vikes are a better team than the Jets. THe Vikes will do fine.
Im just glad I actually have a reason to drink beer at 8am so the old lady dont have to frown on me

Is any of the local stations going to carry the game or will it be strictly NFL network?

looks like NBC will carry it locally
I use Youtube TV and it was not on any of the locals (Duluth Area) but I do have the NFL network and it is the only way for me to see it.

That reminds me. I should check and see if we have NFL network or not right now. I’m pretty sure we had it for last season. I haven’t thought to look this year yet.
Helmet to the ribs, not good
Nvm, Sam is a tough guy, must have Adamantium ribs!
Ty Chandler. WTF
Sam does seem to pitch it back to the rb’s with too much pace though…
VanGinkle has crazy good hands for a LB
Ty Chandler. WTF
Gink says “Don’t worry about it kid, I got you”
That is complementary team ball.
Is it against the law to run the ball 3 times in a row?
We should have imposed our will there.

We don’t want Zimmer back
Questionable coaching at the end of the half again this week … (yes i’m nickpicking)
Last Vikings possession:
Why not run on 2nd down?
Why didn’t KOC call timeout before the delay of game?
and then the final possession we should just take a f’ing knee, instead Sam gets pounded for a sack after 2 pass attempts…
Just seems like these are obvious do the smart play decisions and yet we get greedy and it bites us in the a$$ again..

36 seconds left, all 3 timeouts. I thought they should have tried for FG range at that point. Luckily it was just a sack and the end of the half. Certainly with that amount of time and all 3 timeouts, that’s more than enough to get into adequate FG distance.

well, this is the 2nd game in a row where it turns into a momentum swing…
Special teams are making too many boneheaded mistakes, instead of first and ten near mid-field we give the ball back to A A Ron and they make it a one score game.
