Is there room on the bandwagon for me if they knock off King James and Luka Magic in round 1?

Yeah, you are in line early and, let’s be honest, it’s been a pretty empty wagon for almost their entire history. I’ll hop back on if they make the finals. And I don’t mean conference finals.

I’d like to see the Wolves get rid of Rudy and Conley for younger/cheaper guys. IMO they need/needed McDaniels to elevate to the second lead dog role, and I like NAW WAY more on both ends than Conley at this point in his career.

I still like Conley. Gobert makes me wanna shoot my tv when he cant make a basket from 3 feet away and hes 7 feet tall. His fingers are like 4 inches from the hoop and cant hit unless he dunks.

Time to pull up the big boy pants!

You can’t sweep the Fakers without taking the first one! Meaningful games in April is a nice change for once. Going to get used to this

Rooting for the Wolves, but Luka has cooked them before and seems well on his way to doing it again despite the change of scenery on his end.

I’m over Gobert. I like athletic, defensive minded bigs but his regular season defense and playoff defense metrics are night and day different

got to love the no calls so far. Marc Davis is one of the best refs in the league and lets these guys play. Advantage MN!

LeBarn already looking for BS calls

you could run backwards with your hands behind your back and they would still blow the whistle for Luka

they need to play their game in the second half and live at the line like those foul baiters

Randle has to stop giving the ball away. I think he had 6 or 7 turnovers all by himself. That is insane. Everyone else played solid.

Reid and McDaniels were both so good. Fun game.

Wolves should win this series especially now that they stole a road win. Their stars can match LA’s and they are so much deeper overall. Was fun seeing Reddick run 3-4 different defensive schemes with the same results from the Wolves offense.

nerves probably but he was 4-6 on threes to make up for it. he is the least of our worries. Rudy was not a factor at all and still was +14 so he is a factor.

BIG JELLY is the MVP for this one!

that’s not how it works unfortunately. I would love to see a sweep and it may happen but the big market will not appreciate those ratings so this will go 7.

Who said anything about a sweep boss? I said the wolves are a deeper team who stole a road win tonight and should win the series. If I had to guess I’m saying wolves in 6 but I think 5 is just as likely as 7. But you’re the dude with the logo next to his name!

Wolves played well – obviously we’re not going to shoot 51% from 3 every game but that was fun to watch. Our roster is better than theirs but Luka (and LeBron to a lesser extent) will win them some games.

Not a big Basketball guy, but follow the Wolves very casually and obviously pay closer attention in the playoffs. Good to see them play all 4 quarters, yesterday. Love the old MN team vs new MN team as an aspect of the match-up, although I’m not sure if the networks are even mentioning it any of that. Willing to bet most NBA fans under 40 don’t know the Lakers came from MN.
