I just went and looked at the tie breaker rules. If the Wild get 1 point, they make the playoffs and get the top wild card spot because they have more regulation wins than St Louis and Calgary.

It looks like the only scenario that the Wild don’t make the playoffs is that they lose, St Louis wins, and Calgary wins all 3 games.

I think it’s a little strange for an official NHL team account to hype a prospect like this (they are typically alot more tame) but injecting some energy into the fanbase is always a good thing… as-if tuesday night wasn’t a big enough game, Zeev’s debut will be awesome!

Wonder if he will win the conn smythe trophy and hit that B level bonus this year.

dang, Wild lost out on signing Tim Washe… yes most of the time College UFA’s don’t turn into much, but his faceoff skills would have been welcomed…

I heard Judd Zulgad mention this on the podcast he does and I’ve noticed this myself. Ryan Carter interjecting on some rant LaPanta goes into during the telecast and contradicts him, its absolutely refreshing and one of the reasons why I wish Carter did ALL Wild telecasts…

Personally, LaPanta blows. Almost rather listen to GIGI ( almost)
