How many ELC players win the Conn? None, ever

none ever? Patrick Roy, Ron Hextal, Jonathan Toews, Cam Ward might beg to differ…
To be honest, I have no idea what rookie bonuses looked like in Roy/Hextal/Ward eras, but they were rookies who won it…Toews was in year 3 though…

I won’t say Kirill is back to normal until I see him attempt a no look spinnorama pass to nobody that goes back out into the neutral zone )

Everyone remembers Wild pre-season legend Adam Beckman, right

That was really bad. Saw that earlier and people were defending him and I was like he extended his arms ona REF. LOL

Dammit burned by Cam Ward, guess I was wrong lol. The old guys like Roy, yeah that was before the time of standard player contracts and ELCs.

Every once in awhile the spinoramma pass finds someone’s tape and then right in the back of the net

The only thing I can think of is he felt the contact and thought it was a player so he shoved. Ref was obviously not ready for contact, good lord he went flying

Wild really need a good game from Fluery. Could be his final game?

Wild playing with an $8 million dollar 4th line tonight… Billy needs to reallocate most of that next season…

I’m a few minutes behind but that first powerplay opportunity was their best sequence in months

Really liking the Ek line sofar! Boldy playing with alot of confidence right now..

Hartman and Trenin look good, Brazeau needs to sit in the press box

Good time for Faber to start heating up. What a difference two top guys make.

I’m okay with the 4th line. Give it some time. They’ve had what 2 or 3 shifts?

I thought Hartman and Trenin have looked good together, Brazeau should be in the minors…. I just dont like how we probably have one of the most expensive 4th lines in the league, but its a playoff roster…

All the lines look good tonight. You gotta love the Sharks. Great time to be a Minnesota Wild fan toast

Lol, Ryan Carter “Brazeau noticeable net front presence again”

He literally fell into the crease and blocked Trenin’s shot on net….

Foligno needs to learn how to talk to refs. Deserved a misconduct there and not doing himself any favors

Lol I heard and saw the same.

Waiting for the typical BB – Brazeau Blunder.

Cover your man Johansen! Celebrini just left you in the dust.

Coulda been. It was a give n go along the boards and whoever had Celebrini got completely torched to the net.

Boldy got all of that one T. Ouch

That’s 3 goals from the new kids. Powerplay looks like a completely different team

This game proves how unimportant a center truly is. Holy help me Rhonda hockey is fun to watch again.

It really does, all of a sudden seems like a unit with some fire.

All the Sharks penalties sure are helping.

Amazing what can happen when you have a guy willing to sit in front of the goalie willing to take a beating to score….

Ek is just such a beast. And a center, go figure.

So much for Kirill and Ek being rusty. Very refreshing. Kind of forgot how much more skilled Kirill is than everyone else.
