Now that is a fluke play! At first I thought it may have been intentional, but his skate got stuck. Lucky guy there.
another video clip of him on the bench afterwards…

Did anybody listen? What did he say (or not say)
Super vague 1-word answers when the injury questions started
Brodin getting close
*Thinks* Kirill and Ek will be back before playoffs
Not sure if Ek is ahead of Kirill or the other way around
*Thinks* Kirill and Ek will play in the playoffs
Said “I don’t know” or “I’ve been wrong before” like 400 times
Basically said nothing… I’m super mad at him, they should fire him
Zeev made the final 10 for the Hobey, I still think Ryan Leonard wins it though…
odds we get the dreaded 3 point game between St Louis vs Vancouver tonight? I’d say they are pretty high….
friggin called that one…
Russo & LaPanta’s podcast released tonight said Kirill is expected to start skating next week..
at least we know he’s alive and can walk!
But he’s yawning! Does he have mono now too!? We just cant catch a break.
THe beautiful game. This seems to happen every year, but it is always funny. https://x.com/RussosFilter/status/1903063848808013923
Im sure Rossi’s knee looks amazing after that puck. Good to see Jimmy back. No SPurg though…Oh wait, he is the little guy. I thought that was just some kid with a make a wish in the photo.
Wait what cameras at a practice. Hopefully nobody took the lumber to someone’s dome.

That never happens… ever
That is great news on Kaprisov. Would really like to get him back a couple games before playoffs to get back up to speed. Also good news on Rossi and Brodin too.
Just need Ek to really have the band back together.
Looks like Brazeau has soft legs to with his soft hands. A goal scoring machine!

LOL
Honestly at this point the top wild card spot would be a blessing in disguise. It would send them to the Pacific winner and keep them there until the conference finals (if they kept winning of course). I’d rather play those teams than Dallas/Colorado and Winnipeg to start the playoffs. Vegas, Edmonton, and LA seem like easier opponents to me on paper.
The only downside is that most of their games would all start in Pacific time around 9 or 9:30pm our time.
Good team win. Thought Boldy had a really solid all around game. Gus is just so solid in net. Nice having Brodin back. Rossi had a good game. The 3rd and 4th lines played well. Am slowly warming up to what Trenin’s game actually is. How this team has dealt with the injuries and somehow keeps scratching out points is impressive.
Wow, go watch the goal Zeev Buium just scored in the NCHC finals…
Zeev Buium just scored a ridiculous goal against WM in the NCHC final at the X. Tip toe dangle on the blue line.
Guess I didn’t realize he was also named NCHC Player of the Year too.
Haha Joe saw it live I see
Odds are Zeev Buium’s college career come to an end this Saturday (Denver plays Providence in round 1 then #1 Boston College on Saturday…. His Regional is in New Hampshire so he could sign and easily fly to NJ and possibly be in the Wild’s lineup next Monday vs the Devils…. I just don’t know who they would pull out of the lineup to play him? I can’t remember the Wild’s Defenseman status when Faber played right after signing? Did we have injuries he filled in for?

Let’s not put the cart ahead of the horse here.
BC has to win their first game.
Denver is about as dangerous of a 9 seed as I’ve ever seen. Defending national champions too. I could easily see them coming out of that regional and making the frozen four again. Ya they blew it last night against WM but counting them out already is not wise.

I got BC winning it all against BU, they both are absolutely loaded…

You have a short memory. That is nearly exactly what everyone said last year too.
Then the Pioneers came along…
Gim did you go to Denver or know zeev or something? You have been on the zeev and Denver bandwagon for a few years now. It’s one of your favorite topics.
For the record, I think they have a shot again this year too. Anyone but the Boston teams please.
I follow college hockey pretty closely. More so than the NHL.
I’m not saying that the Boston schools aren’t any good here; they are. BC is especially talented and they’ve been ranked 1 or 2 all season.
I think Sparty has a legit shot here to take home the Big Ten’s first national title. But the Big Ten has had their chances in the past and couldn’t get it done, so its hard to trust that conference in this format.
Also, for those that didn’t know, North Dakota canned their coach, Brad Berry today. They missed the NCAAs when they lost to Western Michigan on Friday evening.

Well he is not taking Brodin or Middelton’s spot on the top four on left side so that slots him in bottom pair for Merril at the moment.
Pretty sure Faber played in Dumbas spot in his first game if I remember correctly. Maybe it was Addison though.
I wonder if they even have the cap space to sign him. They’re apparently capped out right down to the pennies if Kirill and Ek are coming back.
And if he goes right from regionals to the NHL, is he like packing extra clothes and stuff expecting to lose out early? How many hours to get that contract signed before the team heads back to Denver?
