    Buddy has a cabin on West Battle. This morning it still had open water. By about 3 in the afternoon it was all locked up.

    Spent Turkey Day at the in-laws in Nebraska, pretty much every pond was locked up on the drive home, and even the Platte River looked slushy. I did see a guy ice fishing a small pond in NW Iowa on the way home.

    Ice fished yesterday near Kimball moved all day never marked a fish felt good to get though.

    I live by a lake in central mn that has about 5in already. There has been about 50 houses or more out Saturday and Sunday when I have drove by.

    I live just up River road from the sartell dam. I told my kids, Monday will be the beginning of the zoo below the dam

    According to my Facebook feed, everyone was ice fishing over the weekend in MN and WI.
