Yep. He knew it, but won’t learn and will keep doing it.

They might well as put McIntyre out there to save Wallstedt’s confidence having to play with this mess in front of him.
Dallas can do whatever they want on the ice it seems… Hynes might want to shake the lines up a bit, we’re generating nothing offensively… maybe switch Ek and Rossi…

He will be fine. He is so robotic. He is a EURO goalie.
Did I already say he is huge in the net.
Like every team when they get a new coach they play better for a short period then usually goes back to what they are.
Frustration is reaching a boiling point here. Faber breaking his stick on the bench after the third goal.

For a kid that is fairly calm and vanilla. Don’t hate it.
I wouldn’t hate to see the team say F this game let’s just put a hurting on these assholes.
Dallas gets out of their end with ease every time. It’s an act of God for the wild to get out. Faber was pissed he didn’t score. I’m honestly seriously worried about his ice time right now. He hasn’t looked the same and he will not be able to keep this up. Yeah he is young but he’s already played more games this season than he’s used to. I don’t want him to wear down.
Wallstedt has been fine, the one was kinda bad, but it seems Dallas is offsides on ever zone entry yet only one gets called.
Wish TNT would’ve given us anything on what happened to Middleton. He could barely stand up after whatever the hell happened on that scoring chance.

Faber is being worked like a rented mule.
Dallas has way better players and way more money on the ice.
Be nice if the owner and gm would let this playoff illusion every year die.
At this point just take a 2-4 minute penalty and subsequent powerplay goal and take out Ryan Suter… I dont get why guys just dont jump him after he gives guys a crosscheck to the ribs…
Boldy taking notes from hartman last year.
Faber is going to burn up if we don’t get spurgeon and brodin back soon.

And do what exactly? Trade Boldy, Rossi and Faber and, let KK walk.
Let’s go. 2030 draft is deep I hear.
Good lord, when a forward sees Middleton behind the Dallas net, wouldn’t you think to cover for him?
I dunno. Didn’t seem like a great idea to give Wallstedt his first ever-start when the team is this big of a mess. Whatever, freaking hate Dallas.
Walllstedt will be fine been getting shelled for 2 years in Iowa…if he was from North America I would be more worried…The big club playing with 17mill less than everyone what do you think the boys in Iowa play with now.
This game will motivate Wallstedt to get better, take the strange dump in goal out, he’s been getting beaten clean on all the others (including the offsides goal taken away)
Well if is anything like basketball for last ten years then yes…
Well, that was a little bit of a bumpy ride for the Great Wall of St. Paul, there wasn’t it Wild fans?
On the bright side, I think our equipment managers had a stellar game keeping all the sticks organized. I guess that’s it for the bright side.
Anybody want to talk about the draft prospects this year?

Number one, stop signing players to no move contracts.
Bringing Jesper up was a bit premature but gotta keep interest in the dumpster fire.
Boldy looks lost on the ice.
To many roll players and not enough shooters. Nobody wants to shoot the puck.
The d-man pinching and forechecking is getting old. The amount of odd man rushes per game is disturbing. But there was zero forecheck from anyone else, so guess the d-men have to do that as well playing 2 of the top defenders injured?
Plane and simple this team just doesn’t have the talent to keep up with a team like Dallas. Even fully healthy.
Jesper’s owning it like a man, that’s nice to see.

Thats the NHL now. Wild are no different.

MEH injury to your 1A. Most teams would do the same.

Yup…
To many roll players and not enough shooters. Nobody wants to shoot the puck.
DUH…-14 mill in buyouts will do that. Take out your best goal scorer after that and next two highest paid players after that woof.
Basically like taking any team in the NHL and wiping out their top 5. Tough
Toronto might say to many shooters not enough D. BG will use this excuse till he can’t.
Don’t worry though they have a top 5 prospect ranking.
Wallstedt really didnt look much worse that Fleury the savvy veteran. Dallas is a very good team and they capitalize on almost everything they get. Foligno had a couple grade A scoring chances and only shot on 1 of them. The one he didnt he had the goalie down and on the opposite side of the net but he decided to pass which that person’s shot was blocked.
We need to come to grips that the Wild aren’t a very good hockey team this season…then add injuries to key players forcing replacements into the lineup that shouldn’t be in the NHL and you get games like the last 2… We have Vets who can’t be cut or traded playing without worry, we have rookies trying to do everything they can to compensate for the vets and making mistakes, we have special teams doing the same things over and over again with the same outcome and never changing….
Even when they were close to healthy, it took great individual efforts, OT and Shootouts just to get victories…
We take our medicine this season and wait for brighter seasons to come soon after….
