Lots of different injuries can happen to the wrist all with different time tables. Not going to jump and speculate that it’s 12 weeks to 2 years because it has a cast that can be seen from a video.

Chief canned by the Blues last night. Not gonna lie I’m happy to see him out of the division, I thought he was a very good coach for the Blues. I wonder if they get a bump or go in the tank after this, guessing the latter. With 4 teams from the Pacific basically locked in and likely 3 from the Central, I see the Wild/Preds/Blues battling for the 8th spot. Changed my mind, just the Wild and Preds

I was a Berube fan as well, thought he knew what buttons to push and when…Wonder if Deano gets a hard look?

That is what a lot of people are speculating, but I just dont know about that. Guerin should have had his hand in there too.

yeah, I was just kidding, that would be something GMBG would have to sign off on…

My guess it was something personal that took place while on the job as Assitant GM…Either on the last road trip or a recent Wild public event…so much attention on things like that nowadays with the recent Perry situation that if the team doesn’t take immedaite action and the story then comes out, they look really bad…It’s an extremely critical daily role with no apparent replacement ready to take it over, so this must have been a very recent situation…

Looking at the cast Brodin has it has me wondering if its his thumb. I broke my wrist and I dont remember my thumb being in the cast but that was also 35 years ago and I slept since then.

Kind of lost in the shuffle of the bad start, Deano fired, recent line changes to get Boldy and Jojo going, etc…look at the Wild’s Center depth right now?

Ek/Rossi/Goudreau/Hartman/Dewer isn’t to bad and all are signed long term or we control their next contracts as RFAs…Then you potentially have Khusnutdinov/Yurov/Bankier/Heidt/Kumpelainen/Stramel coming through the system (some will likely transition to Wing)…

no Ek’s not a 1C, I just went by the current line order. I’m simply saying this season our centers (minus Freddy) have been really good (faceoffs are still a big issue) when have we ever been able to say that? Rossi has shown how a center who can carry the puck and create plays and opportunities for himself and his wingers is something we’ve really never had… He needs more seat time with our top wingers to see if he can handle the 1C role full time, I thought he looked the part when he was up with Kirill and Zuccy, they just lacked the ability to finis. I dont think it was a good move putting him with Zuccy and Jojo unless it was a last ditch effort to see if Jojo can find his game again…

Members of the team’s hockey support staff, hockey operations department and business staff began being interviewed regarding the second one by two attorneys Dec. 1 after the team returned from a road game in Nashville.”

When you bring in outside council to handle an employee situation, you’re talking about a major HR/Legal issue that’s likely Financial Fraud or Sexual in nature…and it turns out the Wild has 2 situations they are investigating…not good…

Multiple investigations? This doesnt sound good.

Sounds like Mr President has been MIA and radio silent. Weird situation getting weirder.
