Here is a picture of one with potential. This was taken 06/01 in NW MN. Excited to see what he becomes.

I love the Trail Cam pictures. My trail cam in my back yard died last fall. Been thinking about getting a new one. Kind of fun to see all the strange things that show up on it. I did not feed much last winter and not sure I want to start again this fall or not. Doesn’t make since to pull them in with a corn feeder and then get mad at them for eating my wife’s flowers. Without the corn they have less reason to come by my place.
No deer worth posting but when I grabbed this camera this morning it turns out I was only 5 minutes behind this moose. Just barely caught a glimpse of it as it crashed off through the brush.
Here’s the first good one on camera this year. I hope I can get some better pics of his left side. He’s got something interesting happening there. I believe the farmer found his right side this spring.
Set my first camera out yesterday afternoon and had a pretty nice one come by a few hours later. These cell cams are pretty slick!
Got a few decent bucks coming through 9n the cameras still looking for that monster
There was a yote chasing deer around on my morning walk, saw 3 bucks. Basket 8 and big 10 (cell pic) that is now on the hit list, and a decent 8. Glad I brought the binos today!
Im goona have to start taking a different way to work so I can drive by there.

It’s funny (or sad if I didn’t fill a tag elsewhere ) but same thing last summer. I saw/see some bachelor groups pretty regularly all summer, and come fall they go elsewhere. I never see them in that same area once September hits.
BigWerm, we’re going to pull our cameras Sunday to see what we have. Yotes were real active this morning due to a Fire truck siren. I hadn’t seen them in 2 months but they were close about 4:00 AM this morning.
Here’s a little better pic of the buck I posted a month ago plus the one that’s been all over the farm the last couple weeks.
Hillhiker……fo real bro! That boys got antlers for days! I think Id be taking Sep thru Jan off work right now! I will come help you drag it out of the woods. Just let me know when you get him!

The kicker buck is very sporadic on the farm so far, so hopefully he stays in the area when the season rolls around. I also wish I knew how old he is. I have a feeling he’s not especially old, and could be something really wild in another year. Whether or not I could actually pass a deer like that is another question all together.
You may regret that offer to help if you saw the valley this deer comes out of. While checking cameras my dad said I’m on my own getting a deer out of that mess, ha!

Sounds like an awesome adventure to talk about for years!
Dang it guys, you’re killin me.
Those are some nice looking bucks!
I need to get my cams out this weekend.
nice pics fellas. I’d give my left nut to have an opportunity at bucks like that.
My dads farm is to close but yet to far from the river valley. Always a bunch of nice bucks this time of year but when their groups start breaking up they seem to head toward the river.
Would like to see this weird thing in person. Just to see how weird it really is.
Awesome deer Jeremy! The crazier the antlers the better as far as I’m concerned. I think most people have a similar issue with atleast some of the bucks shifting areas come fall. Running cameras this time of year is in some cases just more fun/motivational than actually useful come hunting season.
Jeremy that palmatted one is super cool, and I’d be happy to help look at either one up close! They definitely change it up here soon once the velvet is gone and territories determined I think.
They definitley are enjoying my pumpkin patch right now. Probably change when i spray it with deer repellent spray after the rain this weekend.
