“I just go with a feeling”

Utterly hilarious but not even a little bit surprising.

And they get their best defensemen back.

Some guy on Twitter said since they are winning he should just sit in the Pressbox because why break what isnt broken. LOL

After 2 days of seeing Maple Leafs fans on Twitter, I’m convinced all of Twitter should be shut down for the greater good.

That and tik tok would go a long ways toward curing what ails this country!
Social media is killing us! People actually think it is a news source!?

With Baseball shut down there is lots of Hockey being written in the Athletic. Might be a good time if you are on the fence about it’s value.

Anybody find a video clip online of Brodin defending McDavid on his speed rush?

Unfortunatly the best deal is likely over now (Black Friday’s $1 a month) but they typically run another subscription offer around new years…

The more I watch Kulikov I keep saying to myself where the F did this guy come from in terms of finding his offensive game from 5-6 years ago? I’d like to give GMBG and staff alot of credit for finding him in FA, but remember he was signed late in the process, so it wasn’t like he was targeted early on, seemed more like a “Oh crap who’s left that we can afford” decision…

The dude has been playing lights out! With as much deserved praise Brodin has received, Kulikov deservers alot as well!

The decision around who will be sent to the press box when Spurg comes back won’t be easy, for as much as I cringed when Benn came into the lineup, after a few games knocking the rust off he’s layed well and adds the much needed sand paper/grit Merrell doesn’t bring, my guess is they rotate Ben and Merril every few games to keep them both fresh…

Just another thumping of Connor McDefenseless and his playoff-challenged orchestra. Hilarious watching McDefenseless trying to get back on the power play by grabbing Dumba’s stick with both hands and trying to sell it to the ref like Dumba was committing 1st degree armed assault. Ref says no power play for you.

Was it just me, or did Edmonton look really, really slow and confused when they lost the puck when on the power play? Like it took them a full 3 seconds to realize that the guys in the other color sweaters actually had the puck and–wait–where are they going with it? I wasn’t listening to the commentary at that point, but either they were trying something new on the PP and was screwing them up or they must give up a lot of short-handed goals.

The number 1, 2, and 3 stars of the game were Cam “How You Like Me Now?” Talbot. He’s just on fire, every time I’m thinking “uh-oh” he’s saying “no-no” yet again. Just incredible what he’s doing for this team.

Also, Brodin as others have mentoioned. That man was like a one-man highlight reel, shut down move on McD on one end, and jumping into the offense of the other. Just awesome.

What’s it going to take to get down to giving up one penalty per period or less? At least we cleaned up the hooking except Folino took one because he had to. Good thing the PK was also awesome last night.

Victor Rask Superstar. Love that guy. And have I mentioned the hair? Oh that flow. Dang the guy is hockey highlight material and a freaking skating Vidal Sassoon commercial, all in one.

Yeah, but if you click above the clip it opens a new tab (at least in Chrome) and you see the full view. That is a classic!

Winning and enthusiasim as well as strong play becomes contagious on a team after awhile and can effect every player. You probably don’t recognize it because the Wild have never had it. It’s not just Kulikov. It’s Rask, Benn, Pitlick and others who you’d never expect to produce but are. Pitlick may turn out to be the best thing the Wild have ever stumbled into.

The kid certainly has some offensive upside. His sauce passes are unreal.

The Wild and the Rangers are the two hottest teams in the NHL right now riding 7 game winning streaks. I dont know many people who would have predicted that. The Wild are also 12 pts above second place. Get that PP going and this team is going to be nearly impossible to beat in a 7 game series. I think it would be very tough right now even. Evason has these boys playing and everyone of them is playing well even if they arent producing (Fiala). He’s getting chances eventually that will turn, we’ve seen it before. He only has 1 Pt in the last 5 games. Sheesh.

That’s gotta be the guys from “The Rask Cast” – a real life podcast named after Victor Rask.

Worked pretty good. McDavid was going to try to just go around him behind the net, but realized he wasnt going to beat him. Brodin gets so overlooked except by Wild fans.

Looks like there might be 7 Wild prospects playing in the WJC this year. The prospect pool has certainly turned around and quickly!

I just found out that one person I follow on Twitter that I interact with must be 16. He failed his driving test the other day LOL

He posts a lot of videos of both the MN and IA Wild but yeah his tweets should be taken with a grain of salt. He doesn’t seem to take himself too seriously. The banter with Leaf fans after he posted the Spezza diving video was pretty hilarious.
