KK looks like he did last year. I’d hate to think a kick in the pants was all he needed. He looks like he’s skating better and fighting for pucks again. Looks great.

Kk Rask Zuccy line has like 4 goals on 3 shifts this season. What a reunion.

Off the top of the goalies helmet is such a Rask goal.

Duhaime is now 1 for 4 on fighting majors. He’s dropped the gloves 4 times but only has 1 official fight.

If that game was 2 minutes longer there probably would have been 2-3 more fights…

Check that, 2 for 5 lol he really wanted Faksa. I don’t think Deano was impressed.

Did Fiala play at all in the 3rd period? I didn’t see him on the ice?

3 shifts in the 3rd for Fiala, same for JEEK. Fiala was a non factor, one of his worst games this season.

Just came across this… I knew Tufte got scratched last minute but didn’t think about all the people he had coming to watch. Would’ve been his 3rd NHL game, all this season.

Finally a great all around game. Well, except for the dismal powerplay. Let’s hope KK can keep it going now for more than this one game. Wish I could watch, but the highlights in the morning at work ain’t so bad. When they win..

Anybody watching Draisaitl at all!? Holy Smokes!! 33 pts in 16 games! shock Two points a game is unheard of these days.

McDavid is the king of highlight reel goals but Rask may be giving him a run with that beauty last night! rotflol Hey a goals a goal and Victor had a pretty decent game for himself last night. Evason was singing his praises so I expect Bjustad is in the press box for another game or two.

KK started to show some of the flash he had last year. Hopefully he can stay with it and not have to be “sent a message” every ten games. Speaking of messages maybe after the tenth time Greenway finally received his. Another physical force last night but stay tuned we’ve seen this movie before.

I still think it would have been a good game to slot Kappo in considering he has played pretty well in his two games especially considering the rough road trip starting tomorrow in Florida. Just my opinion but I think he’s allowed sit too long between starts. Good game by the Wild last night but Dallas played about as poor of a game as any of our opponents this year and the Wild should have layed down the beat down on them. The Panthers, Lightning and Devils are going to be a revealing test of where the Wild are. If the Wild can come away with four points that would be a huge win.

McDavid said he needs to “just shut up” in a press conference yesterday (mocking torts) so I guess that was his true response lol. His highlight reel goals are just unreal. Glad someone mentioned Draisaitl who is still overlooked even though he’s having a better season so far.

Agree that Kaapo needs more games. Cam hasn’t had a great start to the season and he’s just not in the tier of goalies that play 60+ games.

    Kirill is so back.

That was a crappy thing to do to Tufte. I mean honestly, he had spent all of his callup money for tickets so his family and friends could come see him and then scratched an hour beforehand? BS
Who is this Robertson guy? Complete non factor and has been all year. Total flash in the pan last year. He may end up being a decent player but nowhere near the trajectory that Kaprizov has.
When Kaprizov and Zuccs were reunited it was electric. The pass Kaprizov made to Gaudreau was unreal. Better be on your toes when he has the puck.

Just a note on Robertson, he started off the season super slow (dreaded sophmore slump?) but before last nights debacle, he had like 7 points in his last 3-4 games…I thought his stats last year were a bit inflated based on playing with red hot linemates Pavelski and Hinzt and getting alot of 2nd assists, but the kid is a good player, not on Kaprizov’s level, but he’s good…

He will be a fine player for sure. I was just throwing shade to all the Stars fans and the one voter who gave him the Calder.

I mean I don’t watch a lot of Stars games (because they are boring af, even OT), but Robertson had 9 points in 8 games before last night… not bad for a 22 year old. Remember he wasn’t a 37 year old rookie in his prime like Kaprizov.

So I think we all agree Kaprizov is off to a bad start (for him) but now somehow he is still almost at a point per game. Still producing points even when clearly not playing well. Is that what actual superstars do? As a Wild fan I wouldn’t know.

    All we need is Rask.
    All we need is Rask.
All we need is Rask, Rask, Rask.
    Vic is all we need.

Besides being just awesome on the ice, can we talk about about his totally awesome hair for a minute? Gawd, it’s just terrific seeing the dual exhaust blowing in the slipstream over each shoulder. Rasklicious.

And my God but what’s gotten into Greenway? Second game in a row playing like a beast. He was just awesome, how in the hell can we get him to play like that every game?

Seriously, Rask has taken way too much crap in MN. What else can you ask from the guy? Total respect to him for going out there and doing what he’s been asked to do to the best of his ability.

Benn must have blown half a dozen Grade A scoring chances last night. He couldn’t find his stick with both hands.

KK looked the best he has but I’m not ready to say he’s back. His goal was a empty net tap in from a stellar Zuccarello pass. Any one on the team could have tapped it in especially Ek it was that close in! jester His pass to Gaudreau was a heads up play but a lot of luck involved. Off a defenders skate then off the side of the net directly onto Gaudreau’s stick. Seems he finally had a little more room last night because he was able to skate on his edges in the O zone more than he has but that may be due to the Stars pi$$ poor play all night.

Four points certainly is going to boost his confidence and hopefully that’s all he needed. The schedule going forward all the way through the month of December is a tough one. After this road trip we have the Jets and then the Lightning again and end with the Yotes, followed by the Devils and Toronto at home.
Back on the road to Edmonton and McDavid and company then the Sharks, Kings and Vegas all on the road. That’s followed by Carolina, Buffalo and the Panthers at home. Dallas on the road followed by a home game against the Wings and then finally end the month away at the Jets.

We will know a lot more about this team at the end of this stretch I think.
