Lambos is good, but he also plays on one of the best WHL teams ever put together and their powerplay is all 1st rounders, so his stats are likely a bit skewed…but yes I think Addison might not ever be given a chance to be a long term Wild defenseman due to the prospects we have coming, the need for more size and Spurgeon (his ideal replacement) signed for 6 more years…

I follow SpokedZ for his ability to immediately post video clip highlights , otherwise the dude is just a jacka$$ in terms of what he has to say…

Yeah mostly watch the clips. I just don’t really follow prospects stats real close.
    Just like watching Lambos move.

He’s fluid for sure, just don’t know how much he shines due to everyone else on the ice for them shines?? He did make top 4 for team Canada WJC team though as an 18 year old which is pretty impressive…if he plays for the WJC team next year he’s likely a top pairing…I also like Hunt alot, O’Rourke doesn’t impress me at all and he’s a bit of a headcase…Peart is the Wildcard of the group imo, he could turn into an absolute steal or go the way of AJ Thelen…next year is critical for him to take the next step or not…making the absolutely stacked USA WJC team as an 18 year old was a sign of his potential…

Not sure what Boldy’s injury is, dont recall seeing it when it happened. Doesnt sound like he’ll be out too long since he made the road trip though.

No chance Boldy was missing this road trip… They’re probably just resting him for his big night tonight. Hartman was already talking about it on that Carter podcast.

Yeah. And now Merril flew to Nashville even though he’s not playing on the road trip. I’m putting a million $$ on the Wild tonight.

Sounds like Boldy is out again tonight. Why would Merrill go if he isnt going to play? I suppose to just get some skating in or party with da boys!

I’m sure he’d be better off skating with the Ness’s back in St. Paul so it has to be for the party.

Considering how close this team is I am sure that is the case as well.

All i know is that I wish I had placed a bet on Wild winning the Stanley Cup at the start of the season. I believe that prior to the start of this season they were like 55-1 and now are around 16-1 odds.

At the NHL All-GM meetings 2 weeks ago, the league finally allowed open discussion on the laughably stupid LTIR rules that the league has. Or doesn’t have, as the case is with teams like NoCappa Bay.

Just the fact that the league is allowing discussion of this means that they are finally aware that the NHL and Gary are the laughing stock of professional sports for having these mile-wide loopholes and it’s time to finally put on the big boy pants and figure this out.

Yeah, they basically tabled it pretty early on as Bettman said it’s a CBA issue, so pointless to discuss it only with the GMs… I would think the NHLPA could care less as contracts are gaurenteed anyways…we’ll have to wait until the current CBA is up in 2026 before they can talk about it again…

Should be a good game at Nashville tonight. The Predators are tough but we could use a few more division victories and home ice in playoffs.

Middleton and Foglino both drop the gloves in the first 3 minutes. Love it!

This could be a wild night. Hopefully it calms down and no one on our side gets hurt.

Would’ve liked to seen a replay of Foligno’s fight. Looked like he caught the guy with a couple good uppercuts at the end.

Bad penalty by Duhaime and basically losing every face off doesn’t help

That’s Roman Josi’s 19th goal and 82nd point of the season. That guy has some ridiculous stats for a defenseman. He might crack the 100 point barrier this season.

What the hell is wrong with our PK tonight?

And if course I’m listening on the radio due to this stupid deal with ESPN’s crap app. Pay a fortune for cable and now I don’t even get all the games.

Nashville is shredding us on the Power Play… and face off circle.

I don’t get it when it’s on the ESPN app either. Dumb

Don’t you know face offs mean nothing! rotflol Pk is being exposed again. Looks like that is the Preds strategy is win the game on the power play and depending on their pk to be better than ours. Seems to be working.

Preds PP is pretty good, and our Pk isn’t. We’ve taken some bad penalties and it’s cost us.
