You might be right.
Torts always gets his bad teams to play the right way. Then his act wears on them.
What will the Hawks do to self-implode? The start of their season is not part of the plan…
Trade Domi and Kane.
agreed, but I don’t think they can find any serious teams that will have the needed capspace until the deadline…I really hope they play well enough to pick 13th…
it’s just unbeleivable how much offense Kaprizov generates every game. I always watch this youtube guy’s game recap videos the day after and its hard to appreciate just how good Kirill is when watching the game live sometimes, but these Kaprizov focused recaps are so much fun to watch and see all of the chances he generates per game…
Nothing Kaprizov does surprises me anymore. This kid is just unreal and makes literally everything look far too easy.
Just wanna say thanks to whoever was complaining about BSN changing advertisements on boards during zone time. Never bothered me before but wanted to throw the tv out the window last night and I only watched the last 10 minutes.
The changing advertising during zone play is very distracting and irritating.
I cant stand that as well with the boards.
I was driving last night and listening to the game. Sounded like no one was at the game and Tom Reid was like whispering when he would talk. Sounded like he was sick but the sound in general was just weird.
I sure do miss Bob Kurtz on doing the play by play.

The worst is when a big check happens and the boards shake and the advertisement doesn’t. Thought my TV was all messed up.
I am sure there will be injuries and some guys slump but it may be a while before we see Jost again.
Curious to see where they slot Greenway when he comes back. See if they go back to original GREEF line.
Boldy has received alot of praise (deservingly so) early in his career, but one area he needs to get alot better at is 1-timers… I’ve never seen an elite player like him whiff so much…dude’s gotta be batting well under the mendoza line… noticed a couple in last nights game on the PP…

Recent win streak looks like had they signed be De Brincat and a couple others. They may have had the best chance at the playoffs in years. Looks like the players didn’t get the memo to throw the big game. To land the #1 draft pick. This all reminds me of Chicago’s great rebuild without Michael Jordon after they ran him off. And the Bears when they sat on their check book in 86 after 85 Superbowl. Wilber Marshal was offered $800k to come back. Those both worked out well. Still waiting!! But great thing about Chicago, fans will buy tickets to watch their team lose.
Although I assume no one here is having trouble viewing games but I came across a relatively cheap way to view the wild games through streaming.
Get a Disney/ESPN+ subscription. On a laptop, use a vpn to broadcast your internet connection as a hotspot. You must use the Ethernet port on your laptop for internet connection, you cannot use Wi-Fi. Make sure your your vpn in in the US but not the MN market or the market of the opposing team. View the game through the ESPN+ app on your tv. As long as you don’t have a local vpn location, you should be able to view the game. You can choose either team’s broadcast.
We have Disney sub for the kids and it includes ESPN+ and the VPN comes to about $3 a month. Better than the $30 for the Ballys sub.

His redirect on Spurgeon’s “shot” from the point was sick. Kaprisov moved toward the redline, the defender followed him and he reversed direction to get his stick around the defender and tip it.
And for the record, they are still a sub .500 team. They look much more like themselves lately but we are only 7 games in and only have one injury so far. I hope they do well this year but honestly if they make the playoffs it’s a win with their cap situation
So is Tampa, Rangers, and Blues. Judging a goalie after 1 start might be a bit premature don’t you think? It is kind of like saying Flower is washed up after 2.
Had 5 average to below average games to start this year and twice as many last season from him.
Duhaime has really improved his game over the past year…dude has some skill!
Middleton has made like 3 perfect pass turnovers sofar… is he colorblind?
So explain vpn for the technology challenged
vpn is virtual private network. By using one you can circumvent your actual location and determine a location to allow you to watch games that would otherwise be blocked out. Since espn+ carries all games but if it’s also carried by Bally’s it would blacked out for those trying to view on espn+ in MN. If you set your location to elsewhere you can watch it however.

Huh?
Realized you were talking about Gustovson not Fluery after responding.
Sounds like Greenway is possibly going to be back traveling with the team soon. Also, I watched a replay of that joke of a fight with Hartman and Tinordi and it looks like Tinordi punched Hartman right in the back of the shoulder on a miss and I would bet he just popped it out so hopefully that won’t be too long for Hartman.
Flower NHL 3rd star of the week.
I can admit he’s been good. If I’m wrong it’s a good thing because the team will be doing well. We’ll see if it continues.
Jordan Binnington got pulled last night after letting 5 goals in a period and a half… something to keep an eye on as the Blues don’t have much of a goalie backup plan….
I saw that. He is so streaky. He is either lights out or terrible never really in between.
