    Moose has smoked about 3 guys sofar, including Suter who didn’t look comfortable afterwards…

    Alright who’s staying up??? I’m in Orlando and have a guide trip at 6 am but im watching. Boys look good so far.

    What a great first period! Ottenger looks really nervous. Whiffed on two easy glove saves. Hope they keep this pace up!

    I’m telling ya Otterberger is in a whole different world of pressure and expectations this year compared to last.

    Kirill was a beast that period. Had some good looks and then scored on a weird one.

    That’s about as perfect a road period the Wild could have played, gotta survive the big push Dallas will bring to start the 2nd…

    We passed up 4 hits on Heiskenen that period, we gotta finish every check on him, he does everything for them defensively and provides offense, he’s soft and can be worn down!

    Wild owned the neutral zone that period and it started with the D. They have the more skilled puck moving group overall and Dallas has one elite D who can control games and 5 plugs.

    Dallas was super sleepy that period… they likely got an a$$ chewing in the locker room between periods, they’ll be juiced to start the 2nd, gotta weather the first 5 minute storm here!

    We’re also due for the next penalty or two…

    Annoyed Wild are playing the same night as the Oilers and then we get to watch VGK v. Jets the other nights.

    After a full season avoiding faceoff talk it’s really all we’re going to talk about this series isn’t it.

    Dallas is best in the league with about 8 guys who can consistently win draws.

    Gus needs to make those 2 saves…
