Maybe they just feel they can beat Chicago with whoever they bring and put a better lineup out against a Jets team still not clinched yet? The travel to Chicago is an hour flight on a chartered plane, hardly a wear & tear… I’m sure Spurgeon would rather be on the road vs home with 5? Kids…

I mean they could fight for home ice like last year and have a knee on knee hit on Foligno for a pointless last game if you wish.

I don’t think Addison is going to be here next year. BG has to be pulling his hair out with him. He lets guys skate around the net without touching them every time. Isn’t even going for the puck, just sticks his stick out.

I thought Addison’s defense would improve some, but I’d almost say it’s gotten worse.

Yeah that goal was all Addison’s fault, even though the other guys defense looked horrible, still Addison’s fault. Heck, next Chicago goal will probably be his fault even if he’s on the bench.
