It will be a fun week for the Wild Coaches and fans as we get our best player back and a few new toys to play with in Nyquist and Faber…

Real question is where is the IDO playoff viewing party.

That would be a good time.

Im already looking for the best place to put my chair on the parade route.

Im really intrigued with Nyquist. He could be a really sneaky good pickup at the deadline. It was a bold move by BG.

I really don’t think Faber plays unless there is nothing to play for in the last regular season game.

Agreed, he’ll for sure be an injury replacement option, but I bet they get him in a game or 2, he’s playoff eligible too…

Liam Ohgren has has an awesome 18 year old season and is leading his team in playoff scoring… he’ll most likely play another season in Sweden before coming over to the States…. He should be one of the top European players and team Sweden’s Captain at next years WJC…

Avs announced that Makar is out indefinitely with a lower body injury… will be interesting to see if they are just saving him for the playoffs or if he’s seriously hurt…

Yeah not a good first period but the Pens have a lot to play for. Not worried yet but 2 pts would be huge.

Not sure if Nyquist has any experience playing center, if not and Ek is out any time, you’ll see Rossi get called up

One can hope, but no chance with this coaching staffs love affair with Steel.

No center depth was/is bound to catch up eventually and bite them in the arse.

Just turned on the game. Not a good time to go cold and loose Ek too?? Ugly

If Ek is out it is a huge blow. You don’t have a replacement.
I don’t think it will be that serious unless it’s broken.
Prep for Dallas and see what they can do.

Outlook for playoffs changes dramatically without Ek. We need him.

If it ain’t broke he will be fine. Hit him right on the ankle of the boot. Hurt like a mother but tough bone to break. New skates are like wearing a bullet proof vest in that area.

They either kept him out as a precaution or its broke and the fact that he needed player help to get off the ice isnt good…. Sunquist took 2-3 decent cross-checks to the lower back by LeTang, but they didn’t look any more egregious than the hundreds of others that happen every game…

How about the Cam Talbot fallout in Ottawa, they won’t even dress him as the backup anymore…

GMBG smiling after how that trade has turned out…

When you get hit in the skate like that it can hurt like a mother f’er at the time though. So I’m staying optimistic.

That’s a tough loss and I don’t mean the game. Putting zero weight on it… something’s broken.

Maybe back in time to start the second round?

It missed his skate though that is why I think its serious. It missed his skate and his shin pad. Something is broken if not I will be shocked.

You guys see Zuccy and Johansson passing back and forth like Zuccy and Kirill on the PP?

Great news is Kaprizov is back tomorrow.

Horrible news is the team announced Eriksson Ek ruled “week to week”. Round one is 1.5 weeks away and round two roughly 3.5 weeks. I hope that’s enough weeks.

Russo insinuating we will see Rossi.
