They have to be getting rid of someone at this point. Steel?

Just saw the Weeks tweet….gross…at least it’s a farther out 2024+ 3rd rounder…My guess GMBG’s reasoning will be that prices were too high and Johansson brings some skill to play with Boldy…

other than getting a cheap Vet D for insurance, this is probably the extent of our Trade Deadline…

Now I suppose Beckman will get sent down and he was looking pretty good.

Don’t care at all about the 3rd round pick at all, just don’t want Johansson back on the team. He’s 100% getting slotted on the Boldy line as their top 6 scoring winger acquisition. Would rather have Shaw there TBH

My guess is Evason had some input in bringing Johansson. Don’t have much opinion on the deal yet…

MOJO say it ain’t so…Dude has literally not scored in a month.
I would have rather done nothing and say well we tried prices were to high.

See what he goes for but would much rather have JVR.

East playoff games are going to be a blast to watch.

I am hoping Chychurin stays in Arizona that would make me giggle.

His 13 goals this season would put him 4th on the Wild. But, what have you done for me lately?

I’m guessing it’s another “this guy has postseason experience” move. If it was any other guy I’d say great, but we already know what we’ll get (or more importantly what we won’t), with Johansson. I’m guessing they think he will be more competent with Boldy than their other options, which sadly, I almost agree with.

All the Defensemen who haven’t been playing the last 2 weeks for “trade-related-reasons” are still available

No chance they traded for MOJO to include him (with Greenway and another pick) for Boeser? I saw it in a comment on the internet, so it’s seems pretty likely to be true…. chased rotflol

Ha I’m seeing a lot of that “What if this is part of a bigger move” or “this just sets the table for the next trade”. We used to say that all the time during the 11 month Paul Fenton era. It was also said after the first Mojo trade. That’s just how you know it was a really sh!tty trade jester

ok, I’ll cut the guy an ounce of slack, he was here during the stupid covid shortened season and he broke his arm twice during that season…he has some versatility and is better than Steel… there I did it…

Joe as king of the reverse jinx please stop saying nice things about him.

I hate this overused expression but I really think the Lightning and Tanner Jeannot are living rent free in Kyle Dubas’s head right now

I bet they put Nyquist’s stall nowhere near Spurgeon’s

I love how the Wild get the posterchild for today’s league memo about them policing trades for players on LTIR and making sure they play in the regular season first…Nyquist says he’ll be back soon, we’ll see…
