Fiala MUST do something this period, he’s been invisible all game…Kirill can’t be all of our offense…

Vegas is ripe to get beat tonight! The game is right there for them, the Wild MUST take it!

Great time for him to finally bury one!

Bold strategy going with their 5 best players together on the PP, and it paid off.

My guess is a hyper-extension, nothing serious but he might be out if they get to game 7…

That was a great game! Perhaps their most complete game all year?

Wild have all the momentum and Vegas will have all the pressure Friday night!

It’s so refreshing to see this team build winning character vs all the years of rolling over in the playoffs, the young core we have now is different and that’s awesome!

Stone hands apparently has stone legs as well. Pucker factor has to be a little high in Vegas locker room.
Great defensive game by the Wild.
I hope the Kraken like someone else on the team more then Talbot. He has been steady and calm this series.

    Tampa PP is so ridiculous.

isn’t Talbot only like 32 years old? It’s more likely we protect him instead of Kappo now wouldn’t you think? He’s signed for several more years at a paltry $3 million, that cost control for a starter is too good to give up imo with a flat cap next year or 2…

Oh and Tuch was never the same after that Dumba hit, he had one chance in the 3rd from the slot and shot it 2 feet over Talbot’s head!

Yeah maybe now I just know early on every article had them protecting Kappo.
And the same reasons you mentioned is why I think kraken would be very interested in him.

Cam will be 34 at the beginning of next season. Florida, Washington, and Columbus will all have good goalies exposed who are in their mid 20s. Not to mention the Wild will have a top 4 D or top 6 forward exposed.

He’s certainly making that decision hard right now though. Showing just how big of an impact good goaltending can have. Without him this was over in 4. Funny how until this game Fleury was still getting all the love in the media.

Speaking of the media… How much does the NBC crew freaking love Parise. Not too mention Carter and Wes constantly gushing about him as well. He played a very Pariseesque pest like game tonight, nice to see.

How about Kaptain Koivu giving the let’s play hockey tonight!

That third goalie they choose. You would think they would possibly want one veteran older goalie.

3 disallowed goals in a series has to be pretty rare.

Parise celebration for for Hartman goal was pretty awesome.

Evgeny Kuznetsov’s future with the Capitals could be in question. General manager Brian MacLellan said that the center’s inconsistent play since winning the Stanley Cup in 2018 has him considering all options. shock

I watched the 3rd period last night which is a full period more than I watched all season. BG seems to have made a difference in his roster construction vs the previous guys. Fun to see the fan base excited about something again, now all they have to do is seal the deal otherwise it’s just another season gone.

Through 2 periods I thought for sure we were going to lose that game. It has seemed that whenever they were toss up type games over the years that they lose them. Wonderful third period however. Fleury appears a bit rattled. It will be interesting to see if they go with him in game 7.

I was watching the postgame on NBC and it makes you wonder if Sharp and Parise have a friendship. Sharp was nudging the fact that Parise should’ve been playing all series all night long. As much as we want to wash our hands of Parise because of his actions this season, you can’t deny the energy he has added to the games. He may not have done anything game changing (typical Parise goal, nice assist last night) but he has added a spark.

It was also interesting listening to Eveson talk about how he has to calm Fiala down after games he doesn’t score in. Basically telling him “you don’t have to be THE GUY every night. Stay the course and play the right way and the points come.” I actually like that he has that mentality. We’ve never had anyone like that. I have a feeling KK has that same mentality but he actually scores almost a point per game so he probably doesn’t get to pissed very often.

First, GREAT hit by Dumba on TUCh – Love it!
Talbot is Phenomenal – we cannot keep laughing at home watching how animated Fleury makes every save look – auditioning for Slap Shot #2?!
They have confidence, I think they are in Fleury’s head and Parise is playing MUCH more like his days of old.
I don’t care where Ek gets them or how, he is paid to make goals and he has been doing that.
Wish Greenway would play angry every night.
We have a GOOD team, fun to watch. Will be even more fun next year.
Focusing on the fun ride now and not the nit picking details.

That was one of first things I noticed after flipping on the game mid-way through the first…Parise was playing like a man with his hair on fire!
