Another playoffs, another Kadri suspension. They should announce the length later today, but I could see it trickling into the 2nd round. That’d help if the Wild get past Vegas.

Last time he did something like this in the playoffs he got traded. LOL These guys are not real bright.

I just saw on nhl tv that Eric Staal is centering Montreal’s 4th line tonight…
That’s a long ways from being offered s 1st rounder for him last trade deadline…

If by these guys you mean Kadri, then yeah. 3 outta the last 4 years he’s popped someone in the head in the first round. Suspensions have been 3 games and 5 games so that’s why I can see it going into the 2nd round this year.

Staal can’t handle being traded. Sucked when he went to new York, sucked when he was on the block in 2019, and sucked when he went to Buffalo. Not sure why any team would want to trade for a guy that lets that stuff affect his game so much.

I mean Kadri and other guys like him that are repeat offenders. He is probably one of the worst for it.
He’s in probably the best situation he has ever been in and then does boneheaded things like that hit.

My lord does Tampa Bay ever have a good powerplay! Shows how having 2 elite shooters on each side makes it almost unfair…

Perry has always been on the edge kind of player but I don’t think there was any intent. Regardless if it was he’d turtle like he did anyway.

Hopefully Boldy is doing some conditioning drills over at the Tria rink, he’ll be in on Saturday, Mojo looks to be done now…

Looked like he was holding his arm going off the ice and you could hear him yelling in pain on the hot mic. Likely something broken??

I’m thinking Parise is back in the line up on Saturday after seeing Johansen into the goalpost. Broken arm is my guess.

I can’t take MN teams in the postseason. It’s just too painful…..Every. Single. Time.

Tough lesson to learn game, but our young players need to learn that you can’t take a single shift off in the playoffs or it can snowball quickly…

97 needs to be better, he was a -3 and invisible in periods 2&3, if he wants the big bucks, he needs to produce in the playoffs…again lesson learned, these arent the KHL playoffs..

I’m glad I chose not to watch, I just followed on the phone. When I saw our 2-0 turn into 2-3 I just knew it was over. It’s almost unbelievable how our teams can fail in big games at the rate they are. I know it’s not over in my heart, but my head says it’s over.

Wayyyy to early to panic or call the series over! All Vegas did was win home ice back! IF we lose next game then you can panic, if we win then it’s a best of 3 series with 2 in Vegas…

Last night’s loss is either going to motivate and energize the team or it was a confidence killer and they’ll roll over, we’ll see tomorrow night.

Lastly we’re all going to get the answer on the Parise/Wild relationship question we’ve been wondering about. Whoever skates with Fiala and Rask today (Parise/Boldy/Rau/Johnson) is in for Saturday’s game.

The first period Foligno, Greenway and Ek were just grinding them down low, and were virtually non-existent the rest of the game, like Kirill has been this whole series. I agree with Joe, either they figure some things out and are motivated or they turtle up and this thing is over.

I’ll take some of the blame. I am 0-2 when going to games this year. Second period is one of the worst I have seen them play this year.

Absolutely awful game last night. The Wild look looked like a cellar dweller team that had been handed a playoff spot by winning a charity raffle.

Deano is a deer in the headlights and has zero idea what to do to get this team going other than “change nothing”. Why in the hell would you sign Boldy, burn year 1 of his entry deal, and NOT use him when your team is playing like sh!t and basically getting zero production from anywhere other than 1 line? It makes no sense. What the hell was the point of signing Boldy then? We are now one year closer to having to pony up big bucks on him and we’ve got nothing except Iowa Wild highlights for the money. What an awesome GM decision that was.

And then you’ve got a guy who has made his living in the dirty zone getting goals, so of course, you bench him in a series where a hot goaltender is making it impossible to score anything EXCEPT dirty goals. Yeah, makes total sense.

Here we go again. Another dazed and confused playoff R1 and early exit after providing nothing but a warmup for a team that we’ve owned for as long as Team in a Box has been in the league. Deano and Gurin need to figure it out.
