2018 WX 2060 Transom Access

I would like to put a real boarding ladder on the starboard side transom. I see no way to access the transom to get a backing plate on. Has anyone accomplished this. The emergency ladder is just that, it is no good for the wife and kids getting on and off the boat. I kringe every time I see my kids getting on with their bare feet right next to the prop and the sharp trim tabs.

FYI we have installed several ladders on them…. sorry I dont do the rigging but yes it can and has been done.

I have a WX 2190 I am looking for a ladder like that one or close. My wife had a little backup accident with her truck and took mine out. Where can I get one like that to fit my boat or a least a part number. The 3 step extender ladder that mounts to jack plate looks like an acrobatic joke. Here is a picture of the wrecked one.
