Cool pic, looks similar to one I have of my dog. I have a few from the last card pull last week, but nothing spectacular. Bucks still holding head gear at my place
I had a couple Canis Lupus pictures as well but they were of the non-domesticated variety.
Ok, technically 2017, but it’s close enough…I think.
Here are a few recent ones!! I have to admit I have been pretty impressed with the Covert Wireless cams so far!!
Went and grabbed the chip out of the camera today and was happy to see this guy, along with another buck who had already dropped.
This is a new one for me. Went to pull cards at home last night and I see this set of tracks….Moose, no way…bear, maybe but this time of year? I follow them thru the property and it almost looks like they are avoiding the 3 cams I have on 11 acres. With my curiosity peaked I grab all the cards and (almost) run back to the house. First two cards had nothing but bunnies and yotes, but then I stumble on this pic. A freakin horse at 5 in the morning
I also got a bunch of yote pics. I need to do some yote management for sure.
Well, you were always saying you wanted a pony for your birthday, so…

Apparently they will come for miles to get some Eagle beans

Well, I mean, who wouldn’t?

At least this yote is cleaning out the dam rabbits

Cool pic of the yote. Not if you’re the rabbit.
That’s why they breed like rabbits.
Sticker, where is your property located? I would be more than happy to help with your ‘yote management…

Those are at my home in Stillwater, I just need to set aside a few hours to manage them.
Was at the farm over the weekend. I left one trail cam up there over the corn plot when I last hunted on December 28th. there were a ton of pics on the cam. Lots of does, some young bucks and this guy that I had a few encounters with last year. We call him super G2. I find it really odd that he has zero tarsal staining. he is going to be a dandy this fall.
Just an FYI, Menard has their Rayovac 30 packs on sale for $7.95. I have used these batteries for the last few years and they have been great.

Thanks for the tip. Just used up the last of my supply as well. Time to restock.
Grouse
This is a first at home. I got this picture of a ruffed grouse in Stillwater, MN. Been here 22 years and have never heard or seen a grouse. This guy just showed up, must be lost.
First card pull at one of the farms I got permission on late in the season last year. I was hoping to pull 3 Saturday, but got chased out of the woods by some pretty wild lightning. Here is the biggest buck to show up on the mineral so far.

Is that Apr 20 date accurate? I just pulled chips this weekend and as of mid June some of the deer in my area still haven’t completely lost their winter coats. They’re wearing a shaggy combination of red and gray.
I wish that was from April! For some reason my old Moultrie cameras do not keep the date or time. That was the morning of June 16th about 45 mins before pulling the card.
Here he is from the front 9 days earlier, his first appearance on camera. I always think it’s cool to see how fast they can add inches. Hopefully some of his buddies find the mineral in the coming weeks since it’s only been out since Memorial weekend on this farm.
Pulled couple cameras today, and found some new comers!
Couple good ones there!!! I am heading to the farm this weekend to plant and pull cams. Hoping I have some good pics to post Monday.
Not all that impressive, but the best one I have at home right now. He seems to like the Eagle beans.
Just starting to get some boys to show up a little more at the minerals. Here is one from the last card pull.
