2017 RT Terrova80/-54"BT w/ipilot Remote Controller will not Pair

    So my new replacement remote controller will not sync or pair, the power comes up and I went through Options – Pair. Screen displays motor not found. Also the heading sensor will not pair. At this point, I would like to be able to at least run it manually. Can anyone please help today. Thank you.

    First obvious question, is the Terrova turned on?
    Second question, is the replacement remote the new model with bluetooth capabilities? Or the touch screen remote for ipilot Link?

    If both are yes, then I’m lost for ideas.

    Mike try removing the battery from the remote for a few minutes. It might reset it’s self. Just an idea. Good luck.
