Just curious if anyone has test drove/bought one of these.

Interested to hear feedback on them, they look really nice for a 19ft boat.

I tested on last year. Noce boat. I ended up buying the Skeeter MX1825 as I likes the storage better and it fit my needs better. Both boats had the Yamaha 150 SHO on them and the performance was the same to me. Wish I could help you more.

I haven’t yet, but it’s in my top 2 choices for upgrading to. Love everything I see in it.

Has anyone else gotten one yet? Very interested, just looking for pro’s and con’s, won’t be in the market for a bit yet.

I spent time on the showroom floors comparing it with a Skeeter Solara and WX1910. Nothing on the water yet. They all have pros and cons, but the 1880MS moved to the top of my list after a close look at the things I value the most. Maybe a 2018 purchase???

Yeah, I’ve been comparing a lot of models lately, no one model is perfect, but if set up right, the 1880ms looks to tick the most boxes for me. In your research, what are the cons of the 1880ms?

    Just focusing on the cons…
    – I’m not sure I like having the space saved for the graph in the dash and up front. I would rather have a decent above dash mounting location for better visibility when moving about the cockpit. I would mount the second graph on the dash and move it up front if fishing.

    – I like putting things on the dash and the flat surfaces of the dash are much smaller than my current dash. Kind of trivial, but it was pretty noticeable walking around.

    – The fuel tank seems a bit small for a 200hp.

    – I’m a big Yamaha fan and concerned about how easy it will be to get a Ranger equipped with a Yamaha. Every year they seem to have tighter integration with their Mercury division. I have a dealer that says no problem and no additional cost. Hoping that remains next year. It will mean I most likely will have to order and won’t find one in stock.

    – Can I get the trailer ladder on the tongue of the trailer like Skeeter has? Probably???

    – Skeeter seems to be closing the gap on pricing, but I think there is still a premium for Ranger.

What is in second place for you?
