2016 Trail Cam Pictures

I would rather shoot a deer that looks cool and you enjoy looking at the rest of your life than the buck that can score higher because of fewer deductions. I just look at deductions as character. Just my opinion. Both are great looking deer. Good luck getting either of them.

couple decent bucks from nw Minnesota this summer

A new buck just showed up in my BOW ONLY area that I am hunting this fall. Looks like I might have to wait on all others until I get a crack at this STUD.
Thinking at least 160″ 4×4… with split brows, wider than ears, and really tall… could be more…

What do you guys think he would score?

A big 10 just showed up on our farm. This guy is now my new number one hit lister…although if the big 9 steps out first I will have no trouble putting arrow his way. The big 9 is the first pic, he has been around for 3 years now. The next 2 are the big 10, he’s brand new to us.

The few bucks I have had coming in through the summer have been Mia for 5-6 weeks. One finally showed back up the other night.
Tonight while grilling I had 8 does in the food plot I have in the back of the yard.

A few more from home this week. I put out another trail cam over a mock scrape and have had a few bucks check it out over the weekend.

just pulled pics for the first time…i’d be happy to see this guy wander past in a few weeks on gun opener in south-central Wisconsin.

but first…gun season in the heat next weekend in MN!
