21′ RV Edition with: shower, toilet, sink, hot water heater, air conditioning, full fridge and freezer, and an awning.
The water system has been de-winterized and sanitized for spring. It’s ready to use.
This house was custom built with a number of additions including:
Reading lights above the bunks
Rubberized floor for easy clean up
Additional exterior lights on all four sides, (snowmobiles spook me at night)
Electric raising rear bunk for extra head room
Jack knife sofa
Cabling and wall plates for two tvs and a camera
The most significant additions were intended for extended camping trips:
First is extra storage cabinets instead of a large window. Second, the option to route gray water (sink, shower) outside the house to exterior portable tanks. Normally, on these houses, the gray water goes into the single 30 gallon holding tank along with the toilet discharge. 30 gallons isn’t very much capacity once dishes are getting washed and showers are being taken. By pulling 2 handles, the shower and sink drains are routed to a fitting on the outside of the house and you now have as much gray water capacity as you’re remote tanks can hold. Plus 30 gallons of holding tank for the toilet. If you don’t want to bring remote tanks with and you want everything to go into the on board 30 gallon tank, then push in those same 2 handles.
These 2 custom changes, made at the factory, were huge conveniences for using the house more than a couple of days at a time.
