    First off I want to thank everybody that fished today. It was a very tough bite for everyone for sure, but the weather turned out pretty darn nice!

    I want to send out a special thanks to Everts resort, the bluffs and also to the trumar’s and bk. Without all those people this tournament wouldn’t be what it is.

    Unfortunately we were one of the several who couldn’t put a fish in the livewell.

    Hats off to everyone who had one fish in the boat! We couldn’t even find one!! Days like Saturday you realise how good some of these guys really are. Definitely gave me the drive to figure out this stretch of water.

    My hat’s off to those that fished and caught fish. We ended Friday with a couple but nothing to write home about. Friday night on the way home I notice where one vehicle had spun out and hit the shoulder, seconds later the truck was slideways. Needless to say the extremely icy roads out in the sticks of Woodville kept me home Saturday but I would have much rather been fishing…. Looking forward to next year peace
