Hi all haven’t been around much lately. But here we are another bow season is upon us. New goals new dreams and memories. I filled my extra doe tag last week and couldn’t be more happy. This year I’m off from the 24th of October to the 21 of November to bow hunt. Hopefully with all the time spent and homework done I get an opportunity at a mature buck. I set my sights high in anticipation of harvesting another mature buck with my bow. I’m wishing everyone a safe hunt this year and hope you get to spend time in the woods with friends and family. Remember you can’t kill a 180″ if you kill a 130″… Good luck to all.

Getting ready to get out as well, I don’t have 3 weeks off like you do but I’ll do my best. Good work on the doe, hoping my tag gets filled Friday. Remember, you can’t kill a 180 if the biggest deer in the woods is a 130. Trophies are in the eye of the beholder. If the biggest deer in your woods is a 130, be proud you shot a stud.

    Good luck!

The trophy definitely is in the eye of the beholder. I have a couple walls full. So I set my personal goals a bit high.

Good luck sure been itching to fill a tag. Been letting a few doe walk because I love to Muzzy hunt and want to have that tag for than. When i hunt my metro spot the ladies jus staying outside my shooting distance.

I’ll take that 130 any day , heading to NE today and hoping to see a decent buck to put in the freezer. All out of venison and down to my last bags of jerky and steaks which all will be used on this trip.

Hope to see some good pictures and stories in the next couple weeks on here.
