    First off thanks to all that came out and fished. We had what turned out to be an ok day weat her wise.
    We had a total of 43 teams fish this year!!
    Thanks to everyone that helped out at take off and weigh in. Also a big thank you to all those that donated prizes, and also the bluffs for the warm food and nice place for all of us to get together.

    Thanks Eric for a great tournament! Well organized. Though we ended with one sheep, and one small sauger (I’ve never fished the river before), we had a good time.
    hope to do it again, with better weather, next year.
    thoroughly enjoyed.

    Thank you to everyone who had a hand in this tournament, it was my first open water tournament and enjoyed it a lot. Was only able to put 2 sauger in the livewell. Will be definitely taking part in this again next year!

    What technique brought in fish for the top finishers? Couldn’t make it but hope to next year.

    From what I heard and experienced a mix of small plastics, blades and hair being pitched brought the most fish to the boat!
