Why looks like a fine fish, why the only? I just got a nice 10 to 12 pounder at 34″ no camera

Only, meaning 37″ don’t typically weight that much

Pike really can vary in weight per unit length. I’ve caught a 39″ that only weighed 10lps and a 34 incher that weighed 14+ lps. That girl looks to be on the girthy side for sure.

Placed 4th in New York muskies inc chapter 69 Otisco lake tiger tournament on 5/16/15. This was my biggest fish of the day, and three of us were within an inch of the big fish pool. This fish was 36.5″ and was suspended out over 52′ of water chasing a big school of bait around. This is my first legal muskie of the year. Now if work would get out of the way, so I could get some more.
