2012 MX 1825

The time has come for me to sell this awesome boat and I am trying to determine the value. There are not many comps out there. I was originally thinking $35,000 but I found 3 boats that all sold for $39,000 without kickers. My boat, motors and trailer are in excellent condition. There are a few typical scratches that I am having fixed. Is $35,000 too low? I am just looking for a fair and reasonable price. Here are some details. 2012 Yamaha 150 hp 4 stroke, 2012 Yamaha 9.9 with Trollmaster 2, 2021 Helix 9, 2015 Helix 7, 80 lb Terrova iPilot, 6 total seats plus a butt seat, 2022 starting battery, 6 rod holders. You have a purple unicorn there…Skeeter shouldn’t have stopped making it…is it a Single or Dual console? I’d start on the high end, you can always go lower if you get the itch to get rid of it……

It is a dual with the full windshield. I agree! I think I was one of the first few to purchase one. I actually test drove one on Mille Lacs in 2011 and was impressed and anxiously waiting for it to arrive in 2012. The toughest decision was not whether or not to buy, but rather what colors to pick! Spent a lot of hours on the Skeeter website changing colors! The only reason I’m selling is we need more room now with 2 grandchildren. Going with a 2023 WX 2060 Skeeter. This time my daughter and grandchildren are picking the colors!

dang I wish i could jump on this right now. That’s basically my dream boat, but we’re in the process of buying a new (to us) 5th wheel, so i think the wife might have my head if I tried to sell my current boat and buy a new one right now as well!

It’s not new.

I won’t be selling until the end of the season so you still have time to talk to her! I need to wait for Skeeter to build my new boat and I just started the process. I would guess it will be up for sale October 1st. You can send me a message if you ever want to look at it during the summer. It will be at my place on the south end of Mille Lacs.

Plus you could test drive it this summer!

Secretly buy the boat and when you go to pick up the 5th wheel, have it attached at the back and say “Surprise! It came with the 5th wheel!”…she can’t say no, then.
