Need some help on the floor…. the floor seems to be rotted out in a few places. How do you get the side “floor” out? there is no screws for the side pieces and I need to know if the live well and the rod holder sides need to be removed to do this or does it butt against them. There is nothing to be found on the internet.

Try removing the seat base, it may be the only thing holding it in place.

The screws are under the vinyl. They are not visible because there is nothing under that panel that would need to be serviced.

Don’t suppose you know if the livewell an the rod solder storage has to come out. Or any other things?

Need better pics. I do not know your layout.
I replaced all of the plywood and carpet in my old 1999 – 1950 Tyee.
The floor usually goes under the side walls. Sometimes the carpet does too sometimes it rolls across the floor and then folds up the sidewall.

My 89 Tyee the floors butted up to the sidewall.
My 2019 Impact they also butt up to the sides but there are screws all along the seams so I could pull them up if needed.

Forgot to attach this. If you enlarge it you can see how they butt.
I did not need to get under mine as the motor died before I had it more than a year, otherwise I would have pulled it up and could have been more helpful here.

Also, yours look svery similar to my 2019. If it were me I would pull the middle one up and see what I can see. On mine the screws are embedded in the carpet and hard to find – that might be the case with yours as well. I run my fingertips through the carpet to find tehm and they ARE there – just hard to see

Yep, the flooring goes under the sides and the 2 outside panels are attached under the vinyl. jmo
    Here is my redu
In pic 049, you can see where we unscrew the floor panel covering the fuel tank, those screws were exposed. But on either side the screws are under the flooring.

Pic 093 even tho you cannot see so clearly, the carpet needs to come up. The floor carpet runs across and up the sides then tucks under the upholstered side compartments.

    Pic 111 shows that.

The flooring under the helm and into the bow runs all the way thru. Then the live wells and upper bow deck in planted on top.

    I got a lotta pics.
