Thought someone on here may have some ideas. I have a 06 Durango with the 4.7 engine that would suddenly dies while driving down the road. I have read as much as I could about this and have replaced the TPS, MAP, CAM and Crankshaft sensors along with the PCM. Anyone have any other ideas?

Yeah, I have to put it in park and turn the key off. I can then immediately restart it. Also it doesnt have a remote starter…would be nice for the winter though. Thanks

With everything you have already done, I would make sure all the plugs are OE…. Champion has 2 different styles, get the right ones. If the plugs don’t fix it, buy 1 new OE Coil and keep changing out the coils until you find the culprit. Good luck !

You could always buy a new vehicle and run this one in a demo derby. devil Those Durango’s make for one good show, the bodies are tough as nails!

Turn your stereo down a little bit or buy a bigger alternator. In high school my subs would kill my car all the time. peace Hope you can track down the real problem.
