Electronic throttle control system. A lot of times a code gets locked up in error. Take it to an Oreileys and have them verify the code and reset your ETC.

I would guess dead battery. I pulled into a FF last year, came back out after getting my stuff and nothing. The doors would unlock, and I would get some goofy things on my EVIC but it wouldn’t turn over. Went inside, bought a new battery and all was good.

Put your multimeter on the battery, guessing it’s dead too.

I put a cold air intake on my 06 and if it is super cold (<-20) that light has come on a few times and it will only idle and stall with gas until it warms up a couple min. A tech said that the original air box part I took off is designed to hold heat and prevent this. It has happened maybe 3 times in 13 years and just goes away when warm.

Well I figured it out volt meter said low voltage on battery cable side sanded and buffed real good on terminals all good. I just had it worked on 2 days prior and I believe when he unhooked battery cable he didn’t have it tight. Thanks for any help guys
