Can you Lund guys give me a ball park price range on a Lund 1700 Angler (2003) with a 50 Yamaha and E-Z load trailer. It has very low hours and in excellent condition. I have to sell it for my cousin whose husband died. I looked on the Marine blue book site and determined it was worth about $12000. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think you are in the ballpark with that price. Did you get specific with all the options (trolling motor, electronics, ect…? Or maybe you don’t know all the specifics being it wasn’t your boat?

Going to be tough to get that price with the 50hp Yamaha IMO…. I believe they are rated for a 115. 8-9k tops IMO.

More details needed to give any accurate range.

    1. Is the Yamaha a 2 stroke or 4 stroke? Yamaha was still making both in 2003. Major difference in value between the 2.

    2. Other accessories? Trolling motors, electronics, etc?

    3. Tiller or console (steering wheel controls)? The angler came in both configurations, again major price difference between the 2.

I believe it is a 50 four stroke on a 1700 tiller. It has a mid range priced Lowrance graph/ GPS and a older MinnKota trolling motor. It is in perfect condition, not a scratch on it.

9000 to 10000. More may be possible if you sell between now and June 1.

Because of the death of the owner, the title and registration will need to be in the name of the surviving spouse or transfer may be problematic and be a barrier to a sale. Get docs in order before listing it.

Would agree with this being top end for price with the info given so far plus the paperwork suggestion is a good one, which will take time.

I’d also note that this boat was rated for an 80hp (page 46 of 62 on the pdf link below) and that many people, me included, would consider this boat underpowered. That will definitely impact the demand for this rig and I would not be surprised if the seller received lots of low ball offers regardless of where it was priced.

Sorry to hear about the circumstances, hope this helps. Good luck.
