2000 – 90 hp mercury power trim not working

Powertrim was working fine till I hit a stump traveling very slow. Still makes sounds as if working, but will not go up and down. Did not see any fluid. Did I bust a seal or something else.

if it hit hard enough,one of the poppets could be lodged in its bore and not letting it build pressure,or,you could of torn the o-rings on the ram which will act the same way.

without being there its kind of hard to diagnose,if you are handy enough to do it yourself,seal and poppet kits are not terribly expensive.

if we knew where you are from,someone here could guide you to a reputable shop.
