Big River Walleye Circuit (BRWC) “Slobtoberfest”

Tournament will be held on Saturday, October 30 and fishing hours shall run from 7:00AM to 2:00PM. Anglers can pre-fish up to 6:00PM the day before the event. Tournament director may adjust tournament hours as deemed appropriate.
All teams must launch and take off from the designated launch site. Teams do not need to return by the designated end time, however the FishDonkey App will shut off at the designated end time. However, all teams must check in with director via text by 2:30. Awards will take place approx 3:30 at the designated landing.
There will be a mandatory boat check and rules meeting at 6:30AM the morning of the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS
Deadline to enter a tournament is 11:59 PM on the Tuesday before the scheduled tournament date. Entry fees and registration must be received and completed on the FishDonkey App by this time. NO EXCEPTIONS
Each two-person team is required to pay a $50 entry fee via the FishDonkey App. A percentage of the proceeds will go to cover tournament administration fees, permits, insurance, prizes/awards, staff, and expenses. Payouts and number of places will be determined based upon the number of boats competing in each event.
BRWC will not be organizing and sponsoring a big fish pot. Anglers can organize and establish a big fish side pot if they choose.
Full Field is limited to 19 teams. If the field fills, alternates will be placed on a waiting list in the order of entry received.
Tournament will be Catch; Record; Release format events utilizing the FishDonkey App. There is no daily limit or possession of fish as this is a catch and release tournament.
Walleye, sauger, and saugeye are eligible. Minimum fish length = 14”
Fish must be measured on a bump board approved by the Big River Walleye Circuit (“Judge” rulers preferred). Rulers must have engraved or embossed (permanent) measure marks to the nearest ¼”. No stickers or adhesive measuring devices; no tape measures. Please check with tournament director if you have a question regarding your bump board.
Weight will be determined by your best five walleyes, sauger, and saugeye on a length to weight ratio.
