A lot of variables here, did you perform a compression check?
Have you checked the quality of the spark at each sparkplug?
Is the motors oil injection still hooked up and working correctly?
If so and you are running mixed fuel you could be fouling the plugs.
Are the sparkplugs fouled looking? IE, oily and sooty, carboned up badly?
Check the plug wires at the plug and where they go into the coil, look for corrosion that will inhibit spark quality.
You say you cleaned the carbs, did you mechanically synchronize them?
Where do you have the idle mix screws set at? one and a quarter turns out from bottom is a good place to start.
Are all of the main bearing case drain hose intact and hooked up?
You may be fighting a bad switchbox, burned out rectifier, trigger, or stator.
Unhook the black wire with a yellow tracer at the switchbox, this is your kill wire, if it runs with it disconnected you have a problem with the kill circuit in your wiring or ignition switch or kill switch.
Unhook the two large yellow wires at the rectifier, if it runs after that there is a problem with the rectifier, stator, or both.
lots of testing to be done!
